Production Artist Packaging/Advertising

South Florida design agency seeks self-motivated, responsible and hard working production artist to join our creative team of professionals. In the role of Production Artist you will assist with file preparation, photo retouching, type-setting and general design production. The perfect candidate would have a minimum of 3 years agency experience, full knowledge of Quark Xpress, Adobe Creative Suite, Mac OSX, Entourage, FTP software and a complete understanding of file preparation and production. Our new Production Artist must also be highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines. This includes implementing quick revisions to fulfill a client's, Design Manager’s or Creative Director’s request. Projects range from packaging production, instruction manuals, and print layouts to product photography. Duties also include line illustration and hand skills (cutting, mounting, box mock-ups). Production work samples will be required during the interview process.
