Production & Administrative Assistant

Fast-paced, dynamic data marketing company is looking for a versatile hands-on and detail-oriented person. Position is part-time that will turn into full time as growth continues and you take on greater responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Microsoft Office and date merge capabilities, formatting copy, proofing, mailing procedures and working under tight deadlines.

Your desire to use appropriate software and technology to complete your tasks in a timely and efficient manner will be one of your greatest assets.

Job duties include:
Coordinating and producing in-house mailngs to our client's customer baseProofing client material for accuracy, consistency and layoutProject managing and scheduling recurring lettershop and reporting dutiesReview reports for accuracy and completeness prior to distribution
Inventory planning
Interact with various web-based reporting and data-entry toolsTest web-based development projects for accuracy
