This is one of the highest impact and result visibility jobs with our client.The Product Manager position involves: 60% Product Management for the next version of the company's operating system. The candidate would be responsible for definition of value proposition, vision and business requirements. This involves Product Planning end to end working with an Engineering team (gathering business requirements, identifying stakeholders, working with Engineering, Product Marketing, LCA, etc, to deliver business requirements and help translate those into specific feature requirements, supporting the launch). This will include both web assets and in-the-box software code. 20% Marketing and Product Planning Research (verification of proposed feature sets in international research). 20% working with Marketing team to create and deliver marketing materials for the next generation of this company's operating system.About Our Client:The Software Giant, a well known Software Development Manufacturer, headquartered in Redmond, Washington, is committed to the long term mission of helping their customers realize their full potential. Requirements: Required Skills for this Product Manager includes the following: Exceptional understanding of a typical product life cycle (planning, collecting business requirements, development, testing, launch, support, maintenance and service packs). Understand PR, Marketing and Advertising issues and address them. Able to work with Engineering teams directly. Self-starter and excellent self-management skills ("Project Management skills"): ability to gather requirements, translate into feature and content outlines, work with team to produce finished reviewed products. 100% knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Understand basics of international business, finance. M.B.A. strongly preferred.
