Company Overview:This company is unlike any place you will ever interview. It requires a unique kind of individual that thrives on challenge, innovation and results. Our type of work requires brainpower by the truckload, and maverick thinking. Look at our environment. The ratio of giant Sharpies® and highly caffeinated coffee per person is staggering. The acreage of white board alone is off the charts. The commitment and accomplishments of our people literally change the audio world every day. Working in audio is, in a word, thrilling. As a Marketing Architects person, you'll be immersed in all that's new and exciting about audio, in all its forms. Radio. Podcasts. Satellite. Streaming content. Social networks. And whatever is coming next. Working here is more than a job. Position Overview:Are you passionate about the science of influence and motivation? We require an experienced Product Manager with demonstrated success leveraging and developing valuable products and services to strengthen strategic partnerships. This individual should have the ability to harness the power of this program to develop performance improvement programs for our affiliate partners and help deliver measurable results to their business. This is a chance for a highly driven, creative individual to enter a new frontier and pave the way for the entire industry. The winning candidate will be responsible for: Research: Discovering the needs and objectives of affiliate partners and understanding the psychology of why and how to address these needs. Design: Developing incentive, recognition and promotional solutions for motivating sales teams or engaging audiences. Presentation: Creating compelling performance improvement solutions that influence, captivate, and align with the business objectives of our Affiliate partners. Execute: Managing each project and leading internal resources to flawless execution. Analysis: Demonstrating an insatiable curiosity and desire for measuring results and finding new opportunities for enhancement. Qualifications: MBA or Masters Degree in Psychology preferred. At least 5 years product management experience with an emphasis on products and/or services for B2B channels. Understanding of the psychology behind motivational design theories and the role positive reinforcement plays in influencing behaviors. Strong business acumen and the ability to sell your ideas with a consultative approach. Superior writing and creative aptitude. Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
