Principal Web Designer

We are seeking a WEB Designer.  That MEANS A WEB DESIGNER.This means a person who has EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE in designing WEB sites.  Flash and Dreamweaver are the two pieces of software you must have EXTENSIVE experience in.We are receiving lots of interesting resumes for people who don't have any experience in web design.  Don't waste my time.  Sorry for the abruptness, butI frankly need a person who can take direction.  Illustrator and Photoshop are standards in the graphics business and we expect you to already have mastered these skills.  Flash and Dreamweaver are the tools necessary to fulfill the needs of our clients.  If you don't have experience in these,no matter how "quickly you can learn" please go on to the next job posting.I frankly don't care how well you have mastered Microsoft products.  This is a MACINTOSH environment.  I expect that you'll already know OSX and how to work it, troubleshoot it and fix it.Knowledge of Plesk interface in a Linux envirornment is a plus.  If you don't know what that means...then learn.If I seem rough, it's because I do not tolerate anything less than the best.If you've got the right skills, right creative and right determination to succeed, then we'll work great together, get paid well and feel good about what we do.  Duties:- Completes web projects by coordinating with other members of the marketing team- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed- Produce sitemaps or comps - Participate in the design of web sites applying user interface and design principles to the site's information architecture, content organization, page flows, interaction design and navigation schemes- Refine and maintain web designs - Design E-newsletters- Develop/maintain standards for a consistent user experience- Show initiative when working on projects- Follow correct channels of traffic flow of company- Design and send approved print ads and materials- Communicate with clients and account manager- Meet deadlines- Gather printing quotes Skills/Qualifications:Layout Design Skills, Knowledge of Interactive Marketing, Web Graphic Design, Web Multimedia Knowledge, Web Savvy, Creative, Customer Focus, Graphic Design Skills, Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, DHTML, XML and  Flash. Have high-quality graphic skills and a strong visual design sense. Be a team player.
