Payroll/HR Director
Clearchannel DC/Baltimore is looking for a Payroll/HR Director in the relevant areas for the DC/Baltimore area. This person must have strong communication skills, maintain high level of confidentiality and strong problem solving skills. This position handles payroll processing for the local area. Provides HR advice and counsel to management team, handles employees issues and assist with all HR areas such as talent acquisition, health & welfare, training & development, safety & health, employee relations, labor relations and serves as the local EEO officer. This person must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years experience in relevant area. Must have a working knowledge of the state and federal employment laws. Employer is an EEOE.
