Part-Time Telephone Recruiter, host/ hostesses

Delve LLC has been a leader in the collection of market research data for over 30 years. We are an innovative company that creates and fosters dynamic environments for insightful dialogues between marketers and customers. We are seeking part-time telephone recruiters and host/ hostesses for our Oak Brook, Illinois location. Recruiters are responsible to contact individuals to participate in client-driven focus groups, studies, etc. These positions must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional appearance and the ability to interact with both the public and clients. Multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced environment is a must. High school degree or equivalent required. Experience in customer service or client driven operations is a plus. Minimum requirement for recruiters would be 2 evenings a week 5PM-9PM with Sunday availability 4PM-8PM. Host/hostesses would work evenings when needed 4PM-11PM and recruit as needed. EOE
