Part-time Graphic Designer

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

 

Terranova Corporation, a leading Commercial Real Estate company seeks a part-time enthusiastic Graphic Designer to create marketing materials for our extensive commercial real estate portfolio.  The candidate should have a proven artistic vision with the ability to take projects from conception to completion and meet schedules and deadlines. He/ she should have a great sense of style, aesthetics and creativity together with an understanding of project objectives that can be unified to translate into meaningful visuals.

 

MUST BE AVALIBLE TO WORK MONDAY-FRIDAY 12:00-6:00 PM

 

Responsibilities include creating/editing graphics for:Display/Print Ads for real estate publications Property Marketing Materials- such as site plans, flyers, and signageCreating corporate identity graphicsDesigns for company website- banners, images, and graphical componentsHTMLs for email blastsMarketing pieces for corporate conventions and company-sponsored events.

 

Qualifications:

Position requires a highly organized individual with a talent for diversifying and multi-tasking. Must have full knowledge of printing procedures and be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Quark express. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
