This position’s main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating financial and operational activities related to company performance including: obtaining data from multiple external sources, reconciling and verifying accuracy of data and, most critically, analyzing data and trends and presenting findings to senior management; specific activities include: budgets (revenue & expense), multiple products performance, marketing performance, ad-hoc projects and analysis.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years work experience in an environment that involves budgeting and analysis; strong knowledge and demonstrated use of accounting principles; high-level technical proficiency in financial software and tools including: Excel, Pivot tables, charts and graphs, database software and PowerPoint; demonstrated analytical expertise transforming numeric data into trends and useful management reports and presentations with conclusions and recommendations; excellent budgeting and analytical, written/oral communications, project management, multi-tasking, time management, problem solving, decision-making, follow through and strong interpersonal skills; must be highly resourceful and generate new ideas. Highly desirable skills include: A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance; previous work experience in a team environment and familiarity and comfort level with change management.
