Paid Search (PPC) Specialist
Hiomes.org is seeking an expirience PPC Specialist Manager. Fort Lauderdale Florida
The Paid Search (PPC) Specialist manages all aspects of Paid Search (SEM, PPC, paid inclusion, landing page optimization); including campaign planning and execution, performance reporting, campaign analysis and optimization, and budget management. The (PPC) Specialist will coordinate testing, analysis, and implementation of campaigns across the major search engines.
This includes creating individual campaigns through keyword expansion, testing new ad text, and implementing landing pages. The (PPC) Specialist analyzes and reports click rates, conversion, ad expenses, and overall campaign performance to make data driven decisions and constantly improve ad effectiveness and maximize ROI.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:Be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for PPC providers and resources. Develop key performance indicators and evaluate the day to day performance of paid search strategies. Own and manage online customer campaigns and promotions. Work closely with Creative Services, Product Management and Engineering teams to prepare and launch marketing initiatives. Research and collect data, prepare scheduled and ad hoc reportsSupport Managers in understanding each client's search engine marketing goals, establishing a search marketing strategy for each campaign, and executing that strategyAssist in managing the day-to-day search marketing activities for multiple accounts including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns across multiple search enginesDaily tasks include keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of creative copy (titles and descriptions), review and analysis of performance metrics, and review and optimization of keywords and keyword bids based on performance and other considerationsSupport the ongoing development of internal technology tools and will assist the team in defining and improving business and operating processes in order to deliver superlative account performance and services to all accountsExtensive understanding of Web 2.0 technologiesRequires hands-on experience and knowledge in implementing and managing Google and Overture search engine marketing accountsRequires a working knowledge of Internet business modelsRequires strong knowledge of search engine marketing ("SEM") including: pay-per-click search engine marketing, paid inclusion, search engine and crawler technology, tracking and traffic analysisA willingness and drive to take the initiative in finding new business
REQUIREMENTS:
You must also have at least 3 years of professional online advertising and marketing experience, including Pay Per Click and paid search experience, and be AdWords certified. You must demonstrate a thorough understanding of online advertising, and be experienced producing, managing, and delivering multiple online projects. You must have a proven ability to create concise, comprehensive, and creative documentation and have superior organizational skills with a strong deadline orientation.
