Join a Team of Successful Sales People! Our client, a family owned advertising company, is expanding their Fargo sales force.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves sales, is very personable and goal oriented.  For this position, personal traits are more important than sales experience or product knowledge. Success in customer service, teaching, or any work which requires good listening skills will be considered.   If you have the following traits and want to join a great team and build a successful sales career, you may be the one! We seek an individual who is gregarious, ambitious and really loves working with people.  If you are persistent, an optimist and a good listener, this may be the opportunity for you.  The job requires making 10-15 outside calls per day, and the understanding that a “no thank youâ€� means you will try again later. This is relationship-based sales, creating value and solving marketing problems for customers.  The successful person will be able to adjust his or her approach to meet each individual customer’s needs. Compensation is base plus commission, with a bonus structure as well.  The company will negotiate a mutually rewarding structure with their new employee.  Reviews will be conducted at 30, 60 and 90 days, and every 3 months thereafter.  First year earning expectations are $30-40K, with long term growth inevitable. Benefits start at 90 days.
