Presently, we have a position available for an Online Systems Administrator in our Information Systems Department.

 

Overall Summary:

The Online Systems Administrator will support www.smartsource.com and will be responsible for assistance with online coupon programs; client support; account management; activity reporting; and customer service.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

·  Effectively communicate with internal teams (sales, operations and finance) and consumer packaged goods clients to meet program launch dates.

·  Generate and assist sales with monthly and ad-hoc print activity reports of live and completed programs.

·  Manage and assist sales and clients with custom programs, revisions and approval processes to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of all program commitments.

·  Account management. Work with brands, retailers, set up coupons.

·  Data entry and work on the internet.

 

 

Qualifications:BA/BS requiredWord, Excel, PowerPoint skills
