Office Manager - Accounting Assistant
We are an innovative, exciting and creative media company seeking a “go to” person to add to our extremely fast paced environment!
Qualified candidates will come with extensive experience in the following:
Managing a small to mid sized office:Maintain cleanliness of officeCreate and maintain system of inventory and ordering office suppliesPerforming ad hoc projects for senior managementAdministering benefits and 401k plansProcessing new hire and termination paperworkMatching batching coding and entering a high volume of accounts payable and receivable invoicesAnswering phones Act as courier for office when needed
Requirements:Must be proficient with QuickBooks and Excel4+ years experience required
