Status: Full Time, Employee Location: New York, NY 10001 Category: Marketing/Product Start: 8/4/2008 Position: Online Marketing Manager (full-time) Location: Manhattan Status: Fulltime Estimated Duration: Full-time Starts: ASAP Rate: $100,000 DOE Job Description: Our client is a well-known media network, and they are looking for a full-time Online Marketing Manager to join their team.You will be working with the sales team on a daily basis- responding to RFP’s, generating big ideas for new and existing programs, developing customized annual programs around holidays and special events, educating the sales team about new programs and opportunities, and creating compelling and effective sales presentations.  You will also be working closely with clients, management, marketing, editorial and technical and development teams.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of online marketing advertising and online sales program development experience. Preferably with an online content publishing firm. - Strong marketing writing and proposal development skills. - Understanding of existing and emerging interactive ad technologies and platforms, online ad inventory and related issues - Experience in the world of consumer and small business technology, especially in online tech publishing (preferred but not required) - Familiarity with online syndicated and primary research - Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Powerpoint This is a full-time opportunity that starts immediately for the right candidate.  This is a great full-time opportunity, so don't delay!
