 Contribute to marketing strategy development and translate these strategies into innovative media recommendations/plans
 Build mid-level Client relationships
 Ensure quality control of all media deliverables to Clients
 Oversee day-to-day projects to ensure that deliverables are met
 Develop and train junior-level media department staff for advancement
