Marketing Sales Representative

Metrostudio is a Marketing and Advertising firm seeking motivated individuals with a variety of design backgrounds in the areas of architecture, interior design, website design and direct marketing.

We look forward to team up with a motivated sales individual who will help develop and maintain accounts for our New York based head office. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who is highly motivated, and has an aggressive sales personality. Positive mindset and friendly attitude is a must.

Candidate will have to understand our brand and corporate philosophy and must be able to perform and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Your main task will be to assist our sales team in expanding our client base. Compensation is based on high commissions only. Thus, the more you bring in the more profit you make.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Research and contact prospective clients.
2. Promote and sell products and services.
3. Follow up on sales leads quickly and efficiently.
5. Ability to travel and perform sales presentations.
6. Ability to advance company's sales objectives effectively.
7. Generate revenue to meet or exceed sales goals.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.



Compensation:

First 3 months - compensation is based on high commissions only. After this period, and based on results, compensation will range from $40,000 up to $70,000 annually plus commission.
General requirements :
Candidate must poses the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (oral and written), telephone etiquette, strong customer service, good time management, organizational skills and computer literacy. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D and outlook will be a plus. The applicant must be a team player and a leader. He/She must understand common industry practices, have a positive attitude and adhere to high standards. Applicants should be trustworthy, honest, and reliable.
Technical requirements :
Applicant must demonstrate a successful tracked record in relationship-based revenue generation.
