We have just moved to new facilities and everyone has beautiful new workstations. We're close enough to the beach to visit it at lunch and we even have some staff members who surf before and after work.

Children's Marketing Manager
Adhering to goals and objectives established by the Vice President of Marketing (VPM), the Children's Marketing Manager (CMM) develops and recommends for the approval of the VPM, marketing strategies that enhance the brand identities and competitive positions of all Gospel Light Children's products. In collaboration with the VPM, you will provide marketing budgets for the products then oversees, as well as execute, the management and the implementation of approved campaigns. Conducts market and audience research, develops plans and analysis and evaluation of all marketing programs for products within their purview and proposes tests, plans and campaign designs for the approval of the VPM, You will also be responsible for perform the following duties:
• Recommend to the VPM ideas for marketing campaigns, creative approaches and program implementation to enhance the brand identities and competitive positions of Children's product through creative positioning, marketing to targeted market segments, pricing, packaging, timing and testing recommendations within the parameters established by the VPM
• Develop budgets and proposes campaigns for products within the goals and objectives for revenues, costs and promotion schedules established by the VPM including promotion quantities, expected gross and net returns, anticipated revenue, costs and profitability, as well as timing of individual campaigns and test suggestions for all sources
• Propose and suggest systems, processes, procedures, policies and programs for the approval of the VPM for assuring the timely and effective implementation of all budgeted and approved programs; accurate and timely implementation of all campaigns according to approved plans and procedures and analysis
• Oversee staff and assigned campaigns ensuring all responsibilities are carried through; fulfill all supervisory responsibilities including recruiting, hiring, training, developing and managing assigned staff
• Develop marketing plans and manage and execute campaigns focused on retaining current customer base, renewals and increasing repeat buying patterns
• Manage functions as it pertains to Gospel Light's direct mail campaigns to any and all targeted lists (internal, outside tests, trade, etc.)
• Perform customer behavior, profiling and analysis; focus groups, surveys, audience segmentation, trend analysis, etc.
• Manage List Management Company of the rental of Gospel Light/Regal database, seeking to increase revenue and protect and preserve list integrity
• Develop customer cross and up-sell promotions via various channels including package inserts, wraps, insert cards, etc.
• Develop marketing plans and manage and execute campaigns via the billing source focused on increasing pay-up rates, reducing costs and increasing up-sell/cross promotion opportunities
• Support Marketing team with any and all of other identified marketing sources
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree emphasis on Liberal Arts, Math, Marketing or Business, 3+ years of experience direct marketing and 2+ years of experience in managing marketing campaigns and others. Database management experience and high aptitude/capacity to learn quickly essential This motivated professional will also possess the following skills, abilities, knowledge and attributes:
• Knowledge of dynamics of positioning, offers, and creative execution to boost response and lower costs in direct marketing channels
• Knowledge of fundamentals of good direct response copy and design
Knowledge of businesses of vendors in the fields of printing, letter shop, fulfillment, direct response advertising, merge/purge procedures, database and direct response modeling and list/brokerage/list rental
• Familiarity of financial analysis
• Comprehension of test design and application of statistical analysis
• Understanding of organizational processes to successfully implement marketing campaigns
• Negotiation skills for price, service and quality delivery from vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
• Superior management and organization skills
