We are growing too fast, and have an immediate opening for Marketing Mail Room Coordinator for our full service advertising marketing company located in near Legacy & the Dallas North Tollway.



As the mail room coordinator for this company, you will be responsible for processing and overseeing outgoing marketing materials and incoming orders, assembling and providing clerical assistance with special projects. Must be knowledgeable with USPS and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel.

 

Travel is negligible.

Job Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access Systems Knowledge in Pitney-Bowes software a plus Must be able to work under tight deadlines Must be punctual, enthusiastic and able to learn quickly Self motivated

 

Education/Experience:

Associate Degree preferred but not required. HS diploma required.

Experience in mail room/administrative duties a plus

 

Salary: Starting pay $10/hr.
