BASIC FUNCTIONS:  Total responsibility for marketing franchise programs to insurer client

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

 

·         Professionally represent the PDR principles of honesty and integrity.

·         Develop franchise marketing plan.

·         Manage franchise marketing plan.

·         Recruit/train franchise Marketing Agent.

·         Manage franchise Marketing Agent.

·         Evaluate Marketing Agent.

·         Personally market to insurer client.

·         Make joint calls with Marketing Agent to insurer clients.

·         Maintain marketing balance with production capabilities.

·         Monitor and explore weaknesses in production to maximize marketing benefits.

·         Work in concert with National (Jacksonville) efforts to assure continuity.

·         Report updates and results of marketing plan to President/Owner.

·         Participate in the collection process.
