Our energetic New York office is expanding and has an opening for exceptional individuals with great interpersonal and client-management skills, as well as a great understanding of Marketing, Creative and Communications skill sets and marketplace, to become Recruiters/Account Managers on our energetic and talented team.
Becoming a Recruiter/Account Manager is ideal for someone who is a natural networker, and who can juggle a multitude of responsibilities without missing a single detail. Recruiters/Account Managers will be responsible for gaining a full understanding of client job opportunities, sourcing qualified individuals through job boards and networking, and screening candidates to present to clients. In addition, Recruiters/Account Managers will be the face of the firm to clients, managing the client relationship, their needs and their expectations.
