Marketing Communications Coordinator - luxury

Supports & coordinates activities related to the brand's marketing efforts.  Documents, prepares and disseminates information by which decisions effecting business, sales and relationships can be effectively made.Print   Coordinate creative requests: o Work with outside agency on creative requests for print and broadcast advertising & outdoor o Work with outside agency on retailer creative requests for print and broadcast advertising, outdoor, catalogs o Approve all ads layouts prior to being released o Coordinate with designer/printer for special print pieces Co-op   Coordinate processing of coop agreements: o Ensure all co-op agreements are fully executed on a timely basis and enlist support of Sales Managers o Audit all co-op advertising claims o Must adhere to all guidelines o Must match the description within the contract o If guidelines are not followed or exceed the terms of the contract, a denial letter must be sent to the account with a copy to the Sales Manager.   Budget  Coordinate Projects sheets: o Print Advertising o Broadcast Advertising o Outdoor Advertising  o Coop Advertising  o Agency Fees o Print Production o Outdoor Production  Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience with ad production - magazine, newspaper, billboards and all media. TV knowledge a plus. High volume & tight deadlines.This person should define the term "multitasker" as he/she will need to juggle many projects and deadlines on a continual basis. Luxury goods experience.
