Marketing Assistant Account Executive

The Assistant Account Executive will work closely with the Account Director and team in the daily functions of all local client service, media planning and media/professional negotiations and execution.  This individual will play a lead role in the management of all internal processes and will keep vendors and team members informed of time lines and will pro actively assess needs to keep projects moving forward. This is a creative, exciting, and important position with a lot of flexibility and variety.   Description:- Collect research- Coordinate and participate in brainstorming processes- Prepare briefs, presentations, and portfoliosAn ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:- 2 years of professional experience- Strong attention to detail and follow through- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively:- Team player, positive, upbeat, pro active MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
