Marketing Analyst - Strategic Planning COMPETITIVE SALARY AND BENEFITS
Ready Credit Corp is a small, entrepreneurial company that markets a Prepaid MasterCard for the unbanked so they can efficiently and safely do everything from paying bills to renting movies.
We're looking for an extraordinary, independent, tenacious person to join a collaborative, creative, and entrepreneurial workplace in which you will see an immediate impact of your efforts. You will be an integral part of an overall pioneering team.
You will report to the Vice President of Marketing as well as the Chief Financial Officer. Because we are a small, fast-paced organization, additional responsibilities occasionally may include anything from supporting customer service to store visits. Some travel required.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Analyze and report marketing results Update and maintain customer profiling Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives Maintain customer and transaction database Create reports based on customer behavior and trends Assist in forecasting card usage based on historical results Manage marketing programs from preliminary idea through execution
General Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field 3 – 5 Years experience in market analysis, market research or related field Project management experience Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Microsoft excel proficiency a must, including knowledge of pivot tables Database proficiency a plus Excellent organizational skills A roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitude The ability to work independently as well as in a team The desire and ability to fill a critical role within our company
