Marketing Account Executive

Baltimore-based marketing and communications agency seeks experienced, personable and detailed-oriented individual for an account executive position. Responsibilities include managing client expectations and ensuring that specific projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the client’s full satisfaction. The ideal candidate will provide attention to detail, have excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to manage creative and production resources, as needed, in project execution.
Candidate must be process and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and able to multi-task. Candidate must also have demonstrable interpersonal relationship management skills with the ability to work independently, and collaboratively with people at all levels.  Hospital marketing experience preferred.  This position requires working with clients on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who can handle the usual pressures associated with a fast-paced, small agency. In return, we offer the chance to work on a wide variety of projects in multiple mediums, and the opportunity to be a pivotal part of a growing firm.  Salary commensurate with experience and benefits package included. 
Qualifications:• 4-5+ years working in agency account experience, with experience managing major accounts.• Skilled at managing multiple projects for several communication mediums, including most or all of the following: Web, print, collateral, outdoor, radio, television, and direct mail.• Proven success in managing clients, expectations, and impossible schedules.• Dynamic leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.• Thorough knowledge of the creative process.• Familiarity with formal marketing systems (brand development, market research) and traditional agency functional areas (media, production, research).• Bachelor's degree required.
