To complement our Automotive Aftermarket Team and support our business growth, participating in the challenge of the industry, we are looking for a driven Account Manager.

You are in charge of

 

-  Leading approximately 10 clients, you take the necessary actions to manage and develop relationships with existing clients and build new relationships. You hear and identify client issues and pains and develop a business-building opportunity for NPD with supervision.

 

-  Handling the Client Servicing from the initial analysis to the presentation, proactively providing clients with recommendations and analysis regarding their businesses and responding to their requests, utilizing existing databases, new analyses, new services, and industry knowledge. You articulate the value of NPD services to clients and make a tangible contribution to proposals and presentations.

 

-  Providing insights into training development needs for team.  You may develop or participate in developing junior staff members.

 

 

 

With a strong education background in Business and Marketing, you have at least 5 years experience in quantitative market research. You have a good knowledge of point of sales and consumer panels.

This job involves permanent relationship with clients and requires great communication and selling skills as well as an analytical mindset. Fluent English as well as numerical abilities are required for that role.

Your analytical skills, coupled with a high level of Client Servicing and Account Management, will make you successful in this challenging role, which requires travels.
