Market Intelligence Manager / Market Analysis

We are looking for a world class individual to join our ever-growing team at our Corporate Headquarters in Chattanooga TN as the Market Intelligence Manager.

This position requires an analytical and strategic individual to obtain, analyze and manage Heil Environmental’s Global Voice-of-Customer (VOC) market intelligence system.  This position will provide market research, market analysis, market intelligence and business recommendations that drive and support the development and implementation of Heil’s long-term strategic plan, annual operating plan and individual initiative business cases.  This position will lead the gathering and integration of market data/information from multiple sources and will drive continuous improvement in Heil’s market research, analysis and planning capability.

 

The qualified candidate will not only posses the required skills listed below but will also demonstrate the highest ethical and dedicated work standards, delivering results with a sense of ownership and urgency.  Candidates must be hands-on, organized individuals with strong analytical (Excel, Access and other spreadsheet programs) design capabilities and have a passion for developing strategic initiatives based on market-based business case analysis.

 

This job requires a dedicated employee who has a “do what it takes to get the job done the right way� mentality as it relates to working the hours required to accomplish the tasks and provide a solid work product.

 

There will also be travel involved in this position, both domestic travel as well as international travel at times.

 

Requirements for this position include (but are not limited to):Five (5) or more year’s business experience, including market analysis/research utilizing spreadsheet analysis.Software proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with particular “POWER USERâ€� emphasis on Excel and Access.Experience and demonstrated ability with project management and CRM tools.Education:  Bachelor Degree required (preferably with a Marketing/Business emphasis).  MBA preferred.
