Manager of Marketing and Membership

Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association (Mass-ALFA) is a non-profit, membership-based, trade association. Mass-ALFA is a dynamic team-oriented environment focused on working with organizations that serve the senior population and the growing senior living industry in Massachusetts.

 

The Manager of Marketing and Membership is responsible for delivering and implementing a dynamic marketing plan and directing membership services that support the organization’s strategic agenda, the products and services offered and the diverse constituencies served by the organization.

 

Responsibilities: Develops and implements a strategic marketing plan for the organization to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction for membership, service and product offerings, sponsorship and other organizational initiatives. Leads and implements the membership services/functions of the organization including member recruitment, engagement and database management Directs the production and distribution of all the organization’s publications and the content and production of the web site.

 

Qualifications: Experience in the senior services industry. Bachelors Degree is required with 2-3 years experience in business, marketing, communications or a related field. Organized team player with ability to multi-task in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills with diverse constituencies. Strong written, organizational and communication skills, including electronic and web-based content. Track record in database management skills for marketing and membership services.
