MEDIA ANALYSIS COORDINATOR

ACG is growing and currently has an immediate full-time opening for a talented individual as a Media Analysis Coordinator, whose primary responsibility is assisting in the planning and creation of media analysis projects, including gathering and organizing the pertinent data from newspapers and other sources. The position requirements are as follows:
Maintaining and updating account-specific calendars and schedules;Creating account-specific analysis spreadsheets and documents to assist the department analyst(s);Requesting and proofing all mapping-related parts of the analysis projects;Proofreading and double-checking all spreadsheets for formats, sums, job numbers and general consistency;Collating and shipping all relevant materials to the client(s);Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills/Requirements:
Intense attention to detail;Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Excel;Familiarity with other Microsoft Office products;Ability to multi-task;Strong ability to proofread – both numeric and verbal documentation;Good time management skills;Ability to meet deadlines in a multi-deadline driven environment;Ability to work in a team environment;College Degree.
