Logistics Administrative Assistant

Clear Channel University (CCU) is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team.  CCU is the corporate recruitment and development department for Clear Channel Communications, Inc. – a leading global media and entertainment company.   Responsibilities for the Logistics Administrative Assistant position include the following: Regularly check all CCU training class/workshop registration sites for additions/changes; update as needed based on student changes and cancellations Maintain/update student rosters for all classes/workshops; distribute rosters to students following all sessions Prepare student graduation certificates for all workshops Work closely with Production Department to ensure student rosters and graduation certificates are included in workshop shipment Work closely with Logistics Project Manager to ensure student/class changes are handled accordingly Organize, maintain, and update all comprehensive CCU rosters Track materials returned from workshops; distribute returned materials to the appropriate departments Compile student evaluations, class worksheets/posters following each workshop Create market StrengthsFinder reports, as requested Assist in compiling market training reports as needed Moderate CCU “iLearnâ€� webinars as needed; become proficient in the scheduling, coordination, communication, and hosting of iLearn sessions Assist Logistics Project Manager, Coaches, Project Manager, and Director of Operations with special projects and requests Provide relief coverage for CCU Receptionist on a daily basis Qualifications: 1-3 years in an administrative or coordinator role Proven attention to detail is a must Creative problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a collaborative environment Ability to juggle multiple tasks/assignments under tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Desire to work in a fun, team-oriented environmentIf you are an enthusiastic, flexible, self-directed individual with the qualifications mentioned above, we want to talk to you!  Please email your resume and salary requirements to:  Recruiting@ClearChannel.com .
