Lead Web Designer/Graphics Designer

Description DefiniteBlue Media is looking for a very talented and aspiring graphics designer to lead all media-related tasks. This includes creating new web designs or modifying existing ones, aesthetically re-designing/re-structuring web content, creating graphics for marketing material, designing web app interfaces and assisting with all other miscellaneous creative needs.We are looking for the most creative and the most efficient only! Skills/Qualifications Minimum three years of experience with web design Must have a portfolio of past work ready to showcase Experience with HTML and CSS Good control over Adobe Photoshop Capability and willingness to self-educate via Internet or text material A friendly attitude towards co-workers and a desire to learn from them

Experience with any of the following is a bonus, but not required Solid knowledge of HTML/XHTML, CSS, and web standards Experience with JavaScript Frameworks/UIs/AJAX (e.g. JQuery, Prototype, other) Experience with Adobe Flash/ActionScript/Flex Experience with 3D Applications (e.g. 3DS Max, Maya) Knowledge of server-side languages such as PHP Understanding of server principals and web protocols Knowledge of SEO/SEM Experience with print design, offline media
