The successful candidate will have schooling in graphic design, user experience design, information architecture and will have an understanding and interest in current trends in digital interface usability, as well as consumer decision-making psychology and methodologies (or at least a curiosity - there are lots of great books on this!)You should have a keen, creative eye for the aesthetic, combined with a practical problem-solving ability. You should feel comfortable working creatively within the confines of a detailed branding specification document. New ideas should excite you and a blank whiteboard should not scare you.
