Interactive Research Analyst

Warner Bros. Distributing Inc. seeks an Interactive Research Analyst for the Interactive Marketing Department. Position downloads traffic information and analyze data, including trends, WB’s competitive position vs. other studio websites, and consumer behavior. Make recommendations regarding future activities based on these analyses. Creates regular reporting on web site metrics including site traffic, promotional analysis, and online community activity analysis. Conducts analysis of site traffic and user feedback for optimal content development and site usability. Monitors performance using tracking, reporting and analytical tools including URL tracking and response measurements. Tracks and presents information on web performance and online marketing initiatives. Prepares annual budget, by film, and is responsible for keeping within budget. Special projects as assigned.

Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent experience. 3+ years experience in a interactive marketing environment. Experience in analyzing traffic data and other performance measures. Familiarity with Hitbox and Hitwise preferred. Familiarity with Neilson//Netratings, ComScore/Medi Metrix. Microsoft Office experience. Basic web page design. Ability to work on MAC or PC. Excellent communications skills (written & verbal) are critical. Must have the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and vendors. Must be able to handle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast paced environment required. Must have ability to prioritize workload accordingly.
