Location: Clearwater, FL 33760 Employment Type: Full Time, Employee Expected Duration: 2+ to 5 Years Pay Rate: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 USD /year Reference Code: 100235689 A Clearwater based interactive marketing company is looking for an Interactive Project Coordinator Qualifications: Position requires strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously. Candidates must be organized and detail oriented with good written and verbal communication. Must be computer savvy in Microsoft Office, Internet browsers, Data Entry and Project Management tools. REPORTS TO: Director of Project Management Objectives: 1.  Track and communicate status of jobs internally and directly to the client.  Maintain Interactive traffic system for designated accounts. 2.  To maintain the agency’s high standard of creative excellence in the concept and execution of all collateral materials.3.  To  initiate, plan and control projects by overseeing project execution, tracking, project progress, maintaining budget and schedule targets and resolving issues that impact task completion or success. Key Responsibilities:v Project ManagementØ  Work directly with Creative, Engineering, and Project Management teams to track all open requests and internal jobs.Ø  Open incoming job orders and provide creative and production with all necessary informationØ  Process invoice requests and monitoring billing activity by accountØ  Prepare weekly traffic reports by Client teamsØ  Gain Project Management approvals and process communications back through internal systemsv Monitor and maintain traffic system dailyØ  Coordinate with all departments in developing job schedulesØ  Prepare and update daily traffic reportsØ  Monitor job progress so that all assignments are completed on timeØ  Ensure all materials are shipped out and received by media on time  v Client communicationsØ  As requested, contact Client to give status reports, for updates, and to gain approvalsv Vendor communicationsØ  Prepare materials and transmit to vendorsØ  Assist production team with any coordination, purchasing, etc. as neededv Assist Project Managers as neededØ  Coordinate vendor quotesØ  Calculate and create SOWs for projects and any other estimates as overflow warrants.v Maintain accuracy of budgets and supporting data.Ø  Alert Project Management Team when changes are made that effect the budgetØ  Maintain accurate time records of time spent on assigned workØ  Issue Closed Job orders and check billing folders and present to PMs for approval  Contact: PLEASE E-MAIL RESUMES TO: Apply by Email
