Interactive Producer/ Digital Project Manager

We are currently seeking an Interactive Producer/ Digital Project Manager to report to the Global Project Management Director in partnership with the Chief Technology Officer. This person applies technical knowledge and performs project management responsibilities relating to the development of internal and client-facing web-based applications and tools. ENFATICO is reinventing the way agencies perform client work and you could be at the core of this movement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work closely with the project’s business owner, third-party vendors, and developers to design technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional documentation based on analysis of business needs.
· Drive and participate in design, development, and implementation of project deliverables.
· Ensure requirements are executed on time and on budget.
· Manage project team (including designers and developers).
· Lead the design and architecture of the system to ensure it conforms with client needs and with industry best-practices.
· Manage project schedule, budget, requirements, change control procedures and related documentation.
· Communicate with project stakeholders daily for status updates and issue escalation/resolution.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
· Minimum of 5 – 7 years of project management experience managing digital development projects.
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Complementary blend of enterprise-level application development experience and agency-side website and rich media experience.
· Strong project management skills, including the use of Microsoft Project.
· Familiarity using Microsoft Visio.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience leading web/software development projects.
· Experience with managing a team of designers and developers.
· Strong client communication skills (specifically with helping non-technical clients understand complex systems and translating stakeholder requirements into actionable functionality that can be built).
· No direct programming skills are necessary, but previous programming or development history is useful in order to better understand the projects and manage the development cycle.
