Interactive Producer/Client Relationship Manager

BigBad, Inc., an award-winning, Boston-based interactive agency consulting on and implementing solutions to business problems of marketing, workflow and communications, seeks an experienced Interactive Project Manager/Client Relationship Manager to lead mid-to-large scale Web initiatives from project conception to completion.

Responsibilities: Builds successful relationships with clients and ensures ongoing client satisfaction Serves as client point-of-contact through complete project lifecycle Develops project plans and meets project milestones Establishes and maintains project communications Manages project scope and change control process Identifies and manages project issues and risk Participates in weekly resource planning meetings Leads teams of 15-20 members Monitors and reports project status Ensures work quality based on company standards Communicates project roles and responsibilities Identifies new opportunities within existing accountsBigBad provides a friendly, close-knit working environment within a team that loves their work. Qualifications: 5-7 years Project Management experience in a client service organization Demonstrated ability to successfully set and manage client expectations Demonstrated ability to lead project teams of 10 or more people Strong understanding of project management methodology Strong knowledge of web development processes and web technologies Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Project; knowledge of Visio and DreamWeaver

Education: Bachelors Degree Required, Project Management Certification preferred.
