Interactive Operations Manager

 For the Interactive Operations Manager, we are seeking a candidate with 3+ years experience in web operations management, product development, project management and/or program management to act as the main point of contact between the Leapfrog Online client services team and the production/technology team.  This position will be responsible for implementing and supporting online marketing programs by leading, managing and defining initiatives for online customer acquisition sites, back-end operations and reporting processes by interfacing with internal resources, third-party vendors and external clients.  Primary Responsibilities include:·  Partnering with the client services team and clients to scope and define business and user requirements for projects; incorporating cross-functional input, market research and analytics·  Shepherding projects from concept to completion ensuring all requirements, timelines and budget are met·  Negotiating feature sets to maximize project effectiveness and speed to market·  Analyzing consumer usage and business metrics; optimize to meet/exceed goals·  Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all clients and third-party vendors, while managing time and costs·  Working with internal departments to determine needs for enhancing operational efficiencies·  Tracking and sharing status with project teams to eliminate waste and maximize productivity and efficiency·  Collaborating with Production/Technology Team to develop program releases to support business needs  Our ideal candidate has:·  A Bachelor’s degree ·  Experience with eCommerce and online direct marketing experience preferred·  Familiarity with common web and e-commerce concepts, tools and technologies ·  Ability to communicate in both technical and business environments ·  Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment·  Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in time critical situations ·  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Visio, Power point and Project·  Highly self-motivated and resourceful·  Works well both independently and within a team environment·  Ability to manage up and seek assistance when appropriate·  Exposure to agile development and project management methodologies a plus·  Telecommunications industry experience a plus MAIL/FAX/EMAIL -  Resume, which must include salary history to: Human Resources, Leapfrog Online, 807 Greenwood Street, Evanston, 60201, fax 847-556-1468 or e-mail operationsposition@leapfrogonline.com  Leapfrog Online is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
