Currently we have an immediate need for an Interactive Associate Director in our digital area. This position reports into the Director of Digital Strategy. In this role, you will: Direct Supervisors and teams regarding internal (HMI) and external (Client) responsibilities .Identify ways to grow accounts by layering the foundation for additional service offerings.Stay abreast of industry trends, with a specific focus on Entertainment.Ensure best practices are used across departments and accounts.Seek opportunities to advance the client relationship and build agency business.Advise senior management and work as an objective advocate for the digital group.Required SkillsStrong client services skills are needed, as this position deals directly with external clients. Previous experience managing and developing staff is also necessary. 4 year college degree.Required ExperienceSuccessful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in new business development, brand integration and training and development of existing staff within the digital area of an advertising and/or media services agency.Horizon Media, Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package.  Please apply online at:
