Interactive Account Supervisor, Food & Beverage

The Account Supervisor we seek has experience in the food and beverage interactive industry and is responsible for understanding the business and marketing needs of assigned clients. The Account Supervisor participates in and may lead business development efforts by identifying, pursuing and helping close opportunities that meet client needs. The Account Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities for their assigned clients, including communication management (e.g., ensuring effective two-way communication), operational management (e.g., invoicing and overseeing project budgets), program management (e.g., overseeing project execution), and maintaining client satisfaction. This position may supervise Account Executives and / or Account Coordinators.

 

The Account Supervisor is an integral part of an outstanding Account Services team. The team is led by an experienced Account Service Director who provides coaching, mentoring and support to help you achieve your goals.

 

This position will report to our downtown Chicago office.

 

Responsibilities:Identifies opportunities for organic growth with existing clients, as well as opportunities to proactively present new ideas and solutions to meet client needs.Participates in and may lead solution development and client presentations to successfully close organic and new business opportunities.Writes proposals for new business with existing clients.Participates in the development of account and program strategies for assigned clients, and successfully executes against those strategies.Manages and cultivates relationships with assigned clients; including regular communications, soliciting feedback, and constantly striving to meet or exceed client expectations.Maintains responsibility for the quality and integrity of Fullhouse products and services to ensure client loyalty and retention.Manages contracts / work orders / etc and invoicing for assigned clients.Working with senior account services leadership, helps manage client financial goals and profitability for assigned clients.Assist with or may lead project budgeting efforts.Uses account experience to develop accurate account revenue forecasts. Oversees the execution of client projects, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided and that their objectives are met.May manage projects.May manage Account Executive(s) and / or Account Coordinator(s); including performance management and staff retention.

Required skills / experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field3+ years of agency account management INTERACTIVE experience working within Fortune 1000 companies or with their agencies – experience selling/servicing agencies and familiar with standards and practices of agency account management.Proven ability to increase revenue through solution selling and client relationship building.Exceptional communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to use good judgment and perform independently.Desire and ability to thrive in a demanding client services environment (i.e. multiple clients and projects) and a commitment to getting the job done on-time, on-budget, and exceeding client expectations.Experience supervising one or more employees.Ability to foster team spirit through effective collaboration.An energetic, fun person who’s willing to go the extra mile.
