Position Overview
In this role you will apply your energy, a passion for media & technology and superb communication skills to execute call campaigns targeting consumer brand decisions makers. The Inside Sales Specialist will prospect and nurture both manufacturers and their ad agency representatives to skillfully introduce Searchandise Commerce’s value proposition in a virtually untapped corner of the search market. 

Responsibilities

· Demonstrate sales drive, outstanding phone presence, skill, discipline and follow-through in executing call campaigns; meet and exceed call quota while continually refining your sales approach and influence skills. 

· Qualify opportunities, conduct needs analysis, discuss and convey Searchandise’s unique solution.

· Aggressively prospect accounts, canvas assigned territory and follow-up on generated leads; accurately log all sales activity and prospect information in Salesforce.com. 

· Stay abreast of consumer, competitor and online marketing trends; must understand cost-per-click and cost-per-impressions advertising models and campaign ROI. 

· Prepare for and participate in weekly and impromptu sales meetings and account strategy sessions. 

 

Qualifications

· BS/BA or equivalent and 1 to 3 years selling within consumer products, online search like Google Adwords, media planning, or agency settings.

· An understanding of analytics or pay-per-click programs is desired.

· Proven ability to network, engage in conversation, listen/pick-up on signals, qualify opportunities and win favor with decision makers.

· Sales tenacity, vibrant energy, ideas, a collaborative spirit & sense of humor are some of the personal attributes that will serve you well in this role.

· Thrive in a start-up or fast paced entrepreneurial environment where talent and drive are recognized and rewarded!

· Top notch written & verbal communication skills, business acumen and common sense.
