DMX will be hiring a Tele-Sales Lead Generation Supervisor to:

 

*Build parameters for a monthly outbound call initiatives supporting external sales team

*Coach and develop outside sales skill sets on appointment setting at local Oakbrook office

*Work with marketing team to support, identify and implement monthly opportunity initiatives

*Develop metrics for tracking success

*Test and track methodologies on a weekly basis through 30 outbound calls Tue-Friday

 

 

Qualifications include:

1-2 years outbound Tele-sales experience

1-2 years call center supervisory experience

1-2 years call center monitoring and evaluation experience

 

Not required but preferred:

College degree

Outside sales training experience
