Human Resources Associate - Call (916) 773-4880Description: Volt Services Group is looking for a professional HR Associate with a proven background in human resources and excellent Microsoft Office abilities. You will be using MS Word, Power Point and Excel regularly. This candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well. This person will be responsible for the following tasks but not limited to: track sick pay and FMLA, track attendance, assist in on boarding new hires, explain benefits program, schedule candidates for interviews, enter payroll information into the tracking system, take meeting notes and document them, answer employee questions regarding: pay, benefits, and company policies, and assist in recruiting employees.
