We are looking for organized self-starters to fill a new position created by growth in our Cleveland center. Digital prepress production environment. Duties would include pre-flighting and processing of files for print, quality control and plate handling. Proficiency in Publisher, Acrobat and pre-flighting experience in an on-site production environment preferred. Help desk duties would involve high-volume phone interaction with customers including troubleshooting files, software installation/configuration, shipment tracking and general customer service.  Ability to manage teamwork, individual responsibility, tight deadlines and multi-tasking is a must. We are willing to train bright, aggressive learners who have strong desktop publishing and/or computer and communication skills.Â

The ideal candidate for this position would have sound knowledge and skills in desktop publishing, preflighting and print technology. Above-average people skills a must. This is a full-time hourly position with some schedule flexibility. Â
