HR Executive Assistant

Reports to: President

Job Description: This is the perfect opportunity for the candidate who possesses a wide range of skills and interests, who will provide administrative support to the President, provide HR support to the business and fill the role of office manager. 

Responsibilities include:

· Administrative support to the President

· Set up new employee files

· New Hire Orientation (pass key/NDA’s/Policies/W-4, I-9)

· Coordinate seating plan and new offices/cubes

· Coordinate review process

· Expense Reports

· Maintain leave records

· Assists in exit interview process.

· Arrange Large Employee Functions (Holiday Party/Meetings/Off Sites)

· Assists in exit interview process.

· Arrange travel for executives

· Supervise the office receptionist 

· Oversight for the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of progressive experience supporting high level managers in an administrative setting. You will have demonstrated skills supporting a fast paced fluid environment. You will need to be highly organized with strong project management skills and accurate attention to details.
