  Recruiting Benefits Compensation Performance Management Professional Development Employee CounselingThe primary scope of responsibilities is to administer policies and practices in all of these categories.  It also includes consulting on HR policy, procedure, and tools development.  Another aspect of the role is to support the creative, fun culture we have by planning and managing our major social events.

 We're seeking an idea person who loves to solve problems and balance corporate and individual people-needs.  The ideal candidate has great people skills, current knowledge of employment regulations and best practices, a very good attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to HR administration.
