Graphic Sign Production Supervisor
A well established southeast Wisconsin exhibit builder has opening for a highly organized and reliable individual looking to lead and develop a rapidly growing Graphics Department. The selected candidate could have the growth potential to the manager position within 1+ year.
Requirements/Qualifications: The position requires an individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves but has the leadership ability to supervise staff and interface with fast paced sales and production teams. Qualified individual can manage his/her own time effectively enough to be able to transition into the roles of management and other tasks vital to the development of the department. Min. 3 year experience in hands-on wide format graphics or signmaking. Advanced level of exp. w/ Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Microsoftoffice, RIP software, Filemaker. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods of time and sit for 2 hours at a time using a computer Ability to pick up, balance and move large rolls of paper or other pieces of media material when required.
