You will be responsible for the execution of marketing materials used in communicating to our client’s audiences.  The general purpose of this position is the efficient creation and production communication pieces with an eye toward maintaining and reinforcing the client brand. The Graphic Designer reports to an accomplished and experienced Creative Director.Key Responsibilities include:Design and produce compelling creative solutions for print materials including direct mail, collateral, point of purchase graphics, magazine, package design, identity design, etc.Develop and frame creative concepts and strategic ideas that communicate the clients’ marketing objectives.Produce compelling designs in tune with current design trends to the point of “edginessâ€� for a wide variety of clients.Design, conceptualization and production of presentations, print and online projects, ensuring look and feel of the brand.Produce print projects with pre-press knowledge using Quark, Illustrator and Photoshop.Present to clients and internal customersEnsure all graphic deliverables meet the requirements of the projects and brand standards.Keep up with industry trends and advances in technology, design and media.Exhibit a proactive approach to problem solving.Mentor co-workers and provide design inspiration.Job Qualifications  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic designBachelor’s degree in graphic design or related fieldHighly developed talent for graphic design in the areas of corporate communicationAdvanced conceptual skills and the ability to follow art direction and collaborate on design.Experienced in the creation and execution of printed and electronic communicationsUnderstanding of color theory and trendsHave knowledge of printing terminology, as well as pre-press processes to provide digital documents that are correct and facilitate projects from start to completion of the final printed jobExtremely detail-oriented with exceptional customer service and presentation communication skills.Strong project management and multi-tasking skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines is essential.Superior skills using Adobe CS Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign,) QuarkXpress, and OSX software programs.  A working knowledge of FTP, HTML, Macromedia Flash with AS3, and CSSOrganization Profile  SPARK Advertising is an award winning full-service advertising and public relations firm located in the Neenah Downtown district.
