Graphic Art Production

PRIMARY DUTIES:



1.     Assist clients with ad creation; on the telephone and or via email

 

  

2.  Assist with telephone calls; help check messages occassionally

 

3.     Produce all advertising according to client specifications on approved client budgets

  

4.     Keep clients ahead of deadlines

 

5.     Dispatch advertising or post ads to web prior to schedule deadlines

 

6.     Obtain receipt of art from all vendors

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

 

7.     Possession of a high school diploma; some college; related professional training

 

8.     Min. of 1 Year Graphic Design experience or related field using Photo Shop & Illustrator 

 

9.     Working knowledge of the internet and Microsoft Office and Dream Weaver

 

10.  Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

 

11.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

12.  Ability to work collectively with other members of the Client Services team.
