General Sales Manager, Premise Sales

This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President, Local Premise Sales. The GSM will be responsible for managing all aspects of Local Sales office including but not limited to the direct supervision of District Sales Managers as well as Account Managers.

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for developing and managing a team of District Sales Managers in an effort to maximize revenue. • Responsible for managing local sales campaign development, identifying target territories and performance measures. • Responsible for observing daily sales activities and coaching employees to optimize sales results. • Design developmental plans and provide guidance and support while developing District Sales Managers skills by participating in performance reviews, team meetings, preparation, planning reviews and post contract analysis.

Bachelors Degree preferred along with 2-4+ years of related experience and/or time spent doing similar work that provides background for the current position. Candidates must possess proficient computer skills including WORD, Excel, PowerPoint as well as the ability to navigate the internet.
