The Roman Group, a recruitment advertising agency located in Horsham, PA has a great opportunity for an energetic, hungry, sales professional. We offer a great, casual work environment. This is the perfect opportunity for new college grad looking for an opportunity.Â In the initial 4-6 months, compensation will be commission only (you can draw against your commission), but the sky is the limit if you are willing to work hard. After 4-6 months, the position can become salary plus commission and benefits, if you are successful.

You will be selling our agency services and since we are basically a free service, itâ€™s up to you how much money you earn.Â We have limitless leads but you will be required to make 30-40 cold calls a day.Â If thatâ€™s not for you, please donâ€™t reply to the ad.
