ORIGINATES DESIGN, ART AND COPY LAYOUTS. DETERMINES STYLE, SIZE AND ARRANGEMENT OF TYPE AND ILLUSTRATIONS. PROVIDES INSTRUCTIONS OR DIRECTLY ASSEMBLES AND PREPARES FINAL LAYOUTS FOR PRINT. REPORTS DIRECTLY TO THE ART DIRECTOR. Complies with applicable directives, policies and procedures. Knows actively supports and implements applicable EEO laws and programs within AAFES. Assume other related responsibilities as assigned.Major Duties and Responsibilities Create designs for print and multi-media application 40% Determine color and type usage for best design 10% Direct photography of vendor product and fashion models 20% Conceptualize with clients on design ideas and campaign direction. 20% Provide creative visual support to stores and internal clients. 10%Supervisory ResponsibilityNONELevelUnder general supervision. Uses a degree of creativity, independent judgment & experience to plan/accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May have a limited number of subordinates.
